New (in Box)?

Almost all parts we sell are new. This means that the parts are fully functional, have a warranty against production errors, have been tested, and have never been used apart from the moment of testing. This does not mean that the parts are always delivered new in a box from the manufacturer. Most of the parts we offer have been (re)packed by us for the following reasons:

The manufacturer only sells the parts unpacked.
The manufacturer only sells the parts in bulk packaging, for example per 10 or 30 pieces. We must repackage the parts individually.
The manufacturer sells the parts in packaging that is too weak. Heavy woofers in particular suffer from this.
The part comes from a new, unused, rejected speaker. For example, in a loudspeaker the filter is defective, the other parts can then be offered as spare parts after careful testing.

Unless otherwise stated, all speaker parts we offer are new. In most cases they have been (re)packed by us. If you would like to be sure about the part of your choice, please contact us.
